Busy day. Inadequate sleep last night, a little tired. Slept a little later, squeezed in a rerun of last night's route, with minor detours. 5 miles in 41:25. Strides. Average HR 152. Left knee feels good but I iced it anyway.
Good Luck in Wilmington. Those four rest days were important to get over that cold. I am sure they won't effect race performance.
If you'd like any advice from a guy who has run it a couple times. Easy first half until you crest that hill (About mile 7 I believe) and then if you still have it. Let it rip.
